The evening begins with a fresh seasonal cocktail enjoyed while touring the sustainable urban farm. Guests will have an opportunity to ask questions of our Chefs, Farmers, as well as representatives from Dell Children’s Medical Center and The Sustainable Food Center regarding everything from the benefits of sustainable farming to the efforts of the Dell Children’s Center.
From there, we will all be seated for an introduction to the cocktail pairing menu. The concept is for the food and the drinks to work together; complimenting, at times completing each other. The Guest Chef and Mixologist will give a brief description of their pairing prior to each course, enhancing the experience of their creations.
